What you can expect on your first visit…
You will meet directly with Dr. William J. Leonetti, DPM, F.A.C.F.A.S, on your first and all visits. After a thorough examination, he will provide a diagnosis along with a treatment plan and options. X-rays may be taken during this appointment, if appropriate.
We always encourage you to ask questions. We like to actively engage our patients in their treatment plan and all steps to a speedy, healthy recovery.
For a quick check-in, you can download the new patient forms on this page, complete the paperwork and bring along with you to your first visit. Please also remember to bring your insurance card to verify coverage and help with the authorization of treatment.
